Inclement Weather and Emergency Closure Policy:

To prepare for possible weather conditions in the winter season, the Board has approved an Inclement Weather Policy. Brothers and sisters may review the full policy for details, a copy of which is posted on the bulletin board in the church office and on this website.

  • If Bethel decides to cancel in-person Sunday services at church, the decision will be announced on or before 6:30 a.m. in the morning. Sunday services will be changed to online services and instructions to join the online services will be announced and posted on this website at the same time.
  • If Bethel decides to cancel in-person events/activities on weekdays or Saturdays, the decision will be announced at least 2 hours before the start of the event/activity.

When a decision is made to cancel in-person events/activities, the decision will be announced in the following ways:

  • Post a visible message on the home page of this website.
  • Send out a mass email to our church members. (If you would like to be added to our church’s email list, please contact our church office.)
  • Change the message on our church phone’s answering machine
  • “Word of mouth” communication. Encourage members and congregants to spread the news via phone calls, text messages, and instant messages.

惡劣天氣和緊急關閉政策：

為了應對冬季可能出現的天氣狀況，執事會通過了一項惡劣天氣政策，該政策的副本已刊貼在教會辦公室的佈告板上和本網站上，歡迎會眾查閱。

  • 若本堂決定取消實體主日崇拜，該消息將於主日當天上午6時半或之前公佈。主日崇拜將改以網上崇拜方式進行，參與網上崇拜的登入指示說明將同時公佈並刊登在本網站。
  • 若本堂於平日或星期六決定取消實體聚會/活動，該消息將於聚會/活動開始前至少二小時公佈。

當決定取消實體聚會/活動時，我們將透過下列方法通知我們教會的會友和會眾：

  • 以口頭方式傳播。鼓勵會友和會眾透過電話、短訊、即時訊息相互通知。
