Family News:

  1. 2025 Theme: "Abide in Christ, Renewal in life."
    Theme verse: "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." (John 15:5, NIV)
  2. CM Prayer Meeting will be held on January 22 (Wednesday) from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. via Zoom to pray for the congregations' spiritual life. Congregants are welcome to attend and make Bethel a prayer driven church. Please contact church office for Zoom link information.
  3. CM Sunday School will be held at 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the side sanctuary. This term will teach Articles 12 to 17 of the MB Confession of Faith, and discuss issues such as State and Church, peaceful resistance, abortion and euthanasia, environmental protection, and other religions. All are welcomed to enroll.
  4. In the afternoon at 4:30 p.m. on February 6 (Thursday), we will visit the Surrey Refugee Centre and hold Lunar New Year activities. If you are interested in participating, please contact Pastor Tommy.
  5. Lunar New Year is coming. If congregants need some Blessing Words (Fai Chun) posted at home, you can take one set at the reception desk at the entrance. One set for each family.
  6. Obituary: Wong Chiu Kam, the mother of Wu Yeung Amy, a member of the Walk in Love Fellowship, passed away on January 10, 2025 (Friday). The funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. on January 25 (Saturday) in Glenhaven Memorial Chapel. May the Lord comfort the family.

  3. 粵語主日學將於12時至1時在副堂舉行。本季課程為 "門諾弟兄會信仰宣言12至17條"，一起探討政教、和平抗爭、墮胎安樂死、環保、別異宗教等問題，歡迎會眾報名及出席。
  4. 2月6日(四)下午4時30分將前往探訪素里難民中心及舉辦農曆新年活動，有意參加者請與袁傳道接觸。
  5. 農曆新年將至，會眾如需要揮春將貼在家，可於大門口接待處索取，每家一份。
  6. 訃告：愛同行團友吳楊愛明的母親黃秋錦於2025年1月10日(五)安息主懷，安息禮將於1月25日(六)上午9時30分在高希雲舉行。願主安慰家屬。
